No. We handle restocking on a regular schedule, cleaning, maintenance, and any service issues. If the machine needs attention, we come to you — your staff doesn't need to be involved. It depends on the machine. A classic combo vendor typically lands in 2-3 weeks. Smart coolers — the Stockwell and PicoCooler Vision — take 4-6 weeks because they have to be ordered, configured, and shipped from the manufacturer. We'll give you a specific timeline during the site visit. If we deliver sooner, great — but we'd rather set the right expectation than rush a setup that creates problems later.
Three things. (1) Space for the machine. (2) A power outlet within reach. (3) Help us announce it to residents on launch day — a line in the building newsletter or a note on the bulletin board. That's the extent of your team's involvement. Smart coolers also need wifi or a cellular signal in the placement spot, which we'll confirm during the site visit.
